What is the Order of the Arrow?

For over 100 years, the Order of the Arrow (OA) has recognized Scouts and Scouters who live the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. As Scouting’s National Honor Society, the OA brings members together through service, leadership, and fellowship. It offers opportunities to build lasting friendships, grow as a leader, and make a meaningful impact in your community—all while enriching your Scouting journey.
